Consumer protection in Morocco
Moroccan Law 31-08 protects consumer information, choice and economic interests. Some qualifying contracts carry a seven-day withdrawal right, with conditions and exceptions. The applicable rules depend on the contract, service and jurisdiction. Ask for the provider’s identity, total price, cancellation and withdrawal terms before accepting an offer. You may seek guidance from the Moroccan Ministry of Industry and Commerce or consumer associations.
Understand what you are choosing
Ask who sells and delivers the service, the full price, what is included, conditions and realistic access information. Paid content should be identifiable. You can decline an unconfirmed quotation; submitting an enquiry alone does not commit you to pay.
Complaints and corrections
Send the page URL, reference, a factual description and the outcome you seek. For delivery problems contact the contracting provider as well as us. We can review portal content and coordination but do not promise to decide every contractual dispute. Preserve your evidence; court, authority and statutory remedies remain available.
Control personal information
Use the privacy policy to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Do not publish another traveller’s private details. Public listings should show authorised business information, not confidential customer or verification records.
Respect and accessibility
Discrimination, harassment and deceptive claims are not accepted. Ask for concrete information about steps, terrain, toilets, vehicles, language and dietary arrangements before choosing. General labels such as “easy” or “family friendly” do not guarantee step-free access or suitability for every visitor.
