Fair use and account security
Use truthful information and only material you may lawfully share. Do not impersonate others, post unlawful or discriminatory content, spam, exploit security weaknesses or interfere with the service. Keep sign-in access secure and report suspected misuse. Content may be corrected or removed for a stated policy or legal reason; contact us to challenge a decision.
Planning is not a reservation
Saving a place, selecting dates, generating a plan, downloading a planning card or submitting an enquiry does not itself confirm a booking, admission, guide, vehicle, meal or hotel room. Some interfaces show proposed charges or payment-required status; this does not prove that payment has been taken. Get provider identity and written confirmation before committing.
Who supplies the service
The written offer must state whether Ouarzazate City acts as the provider, organiser or intermediary, and identify the business responsible for delivery. Each provider must describe price, inclusions, exclusions, authorisations and cancellation. These terms do not turn the portal into a carrier or hotel, or remove responsibility where it actually acts as a contracting seller or organiser.
Respect authors and rights
Original site text and branding are protected where copyright or trademark law applies. Linking and legally permitted quotation remain allowed. Third-party photographs keep their individual licences; see the image policy and credits. Submitting material does not transfer ownership, but you must grant the agreed permission for publication.
Accuracy and statutory protections
Opening times, routes, weather, prices and access can change. Verify important details with current official sources and the provider. Information and AI suggestions are not emergency guidance. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protection for life, bodily injury, health, intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or overrides mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and applicable law
Updates to these website terms are dated on this page. They do not retroactively change an accepted provider contract or impose new paid subscriptions without agreement. Mandatory protections available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected; no exclusive foreign court or blanket waiver is imposed by this page.
