The site provides responsive pages, labelled controls and language choices including Arabic right-to-left display. No formal accessibility certification or complete conformity audit is claimed. If something blocks your use, tell us the page, device, browser and problem; request an alternative way to receive the information.
Access depends on the actual route
Earthen buildings, village paths and mountain routes may have steps, slopes and uneven surfaces. Ask the provider for accurate walking distances, vehicle access, toilets, assistance and alternatives. A directory label is not an accessibility assessment. Do not send medical records; explain the practical support you need.
